In case you’ve never heard his name, Kobe Bryant is one the greatest basketball players that ever played the game.
Kobe Bryant has won championships, MVP awards, and broken many records.
His most impressive broken record is scoring 81 points in a single game!
That put him in 2nd place for most points scored, right behind Wilt Chamberlain who scored 100.
What I admire the most about Kobe Bryant, and why I’m using him as an example, is his AMAZING work ethic.
There are countless stories of him showing up to practice hours earlier than his teammates.
How he’s always working to get better, how he’s never satisfied.
There’s even a story about him breaking his wrist on his right hand (shooting hand) and STILL going into the gym and practicing shooting with his left hand!
What does this teach you?
Kobe Bryant isn’t great by accident…
He works harder than anyone else, and that’s what makes him one of the best!
You want it? Then you work for it.
How long? As long as it takes.
How hard? As hard as necessary.
What do you give up? Everything.
Is it worth it? You’re damn right it is.
Will you lose friends? Probably.
Does it matter? No.
Nothing matters, except your work ethic.
You have to work hard until you achieve your goal.
Why?
Because achieving it with bring you more happiness than any instant gratification you’re SETTLING for now.
Once you achieve it, you move on to the next one.
You put in more time than anyone else.
You sacrifice more.
You fall in love with the process of achieving your goal.
Make it your priority!
What was my goal?
To build a blog that helps men achieve success and confidence in ALL areas of life.
How’s my work ethic?
Level: Immortal
I want something?
I go get it.
When do I stop?
When I achieve it or when I die.
No breaks. No timeouts. No “I’ll do it later”.
I work, work, and work some more.
This is my 80th post.
My blog is 120 days old.
I have sacrificed going out with friends, instant gratification, and “good times”.
Do I have any regrets?
Yeah, that I should’ve started this blog sooner.
Inertiawillhurtya.com has helped me grow as a person.
I’ve learned things about myself that I never would’ve.
My learning style, weaknesses, strengths, and passion.
I get emails and comments from people all across the world.
The gratitude is priceless.
By developing a work ethic that doesn’t quit or take breaks, I have proven to myself that ANYTHING is possible.
It just depends whether YOU have the discipline and will to keep at it until you achieve it.
My goal was to build a blog.
I did it.
My next goal is to write a book that will help men feel confident in ALL areas of life.
I will do it.
…but it won’t be released until it’s perfect.
Until 100 people read it for free and tell me that it’s one of the best books they’ve ever read.
Why?
Immortal work ethic.
I work, work, work until it’s PERFECT.
Until I can give you my best.
…and you will have the best.

This is so true, Alex.
I’ve never imagined in my wildest dreams why guys like you and Victor Pride saying that a blog was one of the best decisions one could make.
Until I launched my blog. It’s just a living legacy. With all ups and downs of ones life and for other to learn from it.
Definitely not going to regret using up my last money on setting up a blog.
And for anyone else who read this.
If you’ve ever thinking about doing it, do it! You will be so thankful for the decision later.
