Why You Should Read Daily

Why You Should Read Daily

It amazes me the number of people who don’t read.

Studies show that the average person reads about 1 book all year!

Reading is an amazing way to relax, learn, and entertain yourself.

I read about 2 books a month.

Right now I’m reading The Alchemist and will begin Maximum Achievement after.

I believe people overlook the value of books.

The fact that you can purchase a book and acquire in 2-3 hours all the information that took someone months, and sometimes even years to put together, is amazing.

You learn so much so quickly!

Now and days, it’s incredible easy to read just about anywhere.

With the advancements in technology, you can download a book and begin reading it within seconds.

Whether it’s on your smart phone, computer, or any other electronic device, you can read wherever you go at any given time.

Instead of spending time on social media or text messaging friends, you can be reading.

If you dedicate just 30 minutes to daily, you’ll average about 2 books monthly.

That’s 24 books a year!

I think it’s safe to say that you’ll benefit greatly if you read that many books in a year.

Some people go there whole lives without reading that amount of books.

Don’t be one them.

You can start right now!

A benefit I noticed when I started reading was improvements in my conversations.

I felt like I always had something to talk about.

I relate better with people and feel like it’s easier to comprehend what they say.

30 minutes of reading a day is incredibly easy to do.

10 minutes in the morning, another 10 at lunch, and 10 before bed.

The interesting thing is the more you read, the faster you get at it.

Before you know it, you’ll be almost half way through a book after 30 minutes.

Depending on the size of the book, of course.

I personally like to read 30 minutes before bed.

It’s a great way to relax the mind and get good sleep.

If you don’t already read daily, I strongly recommend you start.

The amount of value you get for the price you pay can’t be beat!

Besides reading, you can listen to audio books in your car or on your music device while exercising.

This is another way to quickly learn and feed your mind educational material.

You can literally turn your car into a college university on wheels if you listen to audio books while you drive.

Technology provides as with great opportunities to better ourselves.

Take advantage of them!
