Symptoms of low testosterone can be hard to deal with.
It creates pain, agony, and frustration in men.
Some symptoms include:
Low Sex drive. Testosterone is what makes a man. If you have low sex drive, especially if you’re young, chances are you testosterone levels are low.
Erection Issues. Achieving or maintaining an erection is a constant issue.
Less semen than normal. Production of sperm is determined by your levels of testosterone. Higher testosterone levels means more semen production. If your testosterone levels start decreasing, less sperm when ejaculating becomes evident.

Fast food is fried in sunflower oil or soybean oil because both are incredibly cheap.
Both oils lower testosterone.

The coke or other high sugar soft drink you “enjoy” with your testosterone murdering meal adds fuel to the fire.

A fast food meal contains everything that harms testosterone, imagine if you eat it daily.
Stick to home cooked meals with quality meat and drink water.
Occasional fast food or sugar drinks won’t hurt you, it’s when you indulge in them often that things begin to get ugly.
If you must eat out, try to eat somewhere where the food is prepared fresh.
