Want to know the MOST ridiculous concept that ever existed?
Here it is…
Eat every two hours to burn fat faster.
You might say “Yeah, but many people eat small meals every two hours and are thin”.
And you’re right, this is 100% the case.
However, I never said that you cannot lose weight by eating this often.
What I’m trying to tell you is that in order to burn fat as FAST as possible, you need to go as long as possible without eating anything.
Now, it’s very important to understand that I’m not telling you to eat less food on daily basis.
The minimum amount of food that you should eat daily is your goal weight multiplied by 10.
So if my goal weight is 160 lbs., I’ll multiple 160 x 10 which gives me 1600 calories.
And, I should eat all those calories as quickly as possible to give my body more time to burn fat.
Am I confusing you?
Let me explain.
What I’m telling you is to eat ALL your food for the day in a smaller time frame.
This is known as intermittent fasting.
Why does this work?
The answer is very simple.
When you go longer periods without eating, you give your body MORE time to use stored fat for energy.
On the other hand, as soon as you swallow your first bite of something, your body immediately KICKS YOU OUT of fat burning mode and begins using that food for energy.
Without getting too scientific, this all has to do with insulin.
When you eat, your body begins releasing insulin.
You literally CANNOT be in a “fat burning state” if your body is releasing insulin.
Carbohydrates are the worst because they produce the most insulin which consequently kicks you out of fat burning mode longer.
However, Fats and Proteins also cause your body to release insulin.
Not as much as carbohydrates do, but if your goal is FAST fat loss, you’ll want to produce absolutely ZERO insulin for as long as possible.

The most common meal schedule people follow when intermittent fasting is fasting for 16 hours (includes 8 hours of sleep), and eating all their food for the day in an 8 hour window.
As an example, you’d eat 12pm-8pm, and fast from 8pm-12pm the next day.
Sounds easy enough, right?
If you’re serious about burning fat FAST, start practicing going longer periods without food.
Listen to me…the human body is NOT designed to munch on little meals every two hours like chipmunks.
Our ancestors use to go HOURS without food.
Obviously, this wasn’t by choice, they didn’t have the access that we do to food.
However, the reality is that our physiology remains the same, and it is a fact that eating every two hours puts stress on your digestive system.
