5 Ways To Guarantee You Burn The Most Fat Possible While You Sleep

5 Ways To Guarantee You Burn The Most Fat Possible While You Sleep

Wouldn’t it be great if you could wake up thinner every morning?

Guess what?

You can!

Here’s how…

You must burn the MOST fat possible during sleep.

How do you do that?

Simple…I’ll show you how.

Now, don’t expect to lose 10 lbs. per day.

But do expect to lose fat a lot FASTER than usual.

Let’s begin!

1) Stop eating 6-8 hours before bed

Your body uses a lot of energy while you sleep so it’s best to go to bed on an empty stomach.

It usually takes your body 6-8 hours to digest a meal.

During digestion, your body uses that meal for energy instead of your fat.

After 6-8 hours, it switches to using fat for energy.

Since your body requires a lot of energy during sleep, you want to make sure it targets your fat during the process.

So if you go to bed at 11pm, try to have your last meal by 5pm.

I guarantee you’ll look leaner every morning.

2) Make your last meal zero carbs

There’s a hormone in your body called insulin which gets triggered when you eat.

When insulin is triggered, your body is in a state where it CANNOT burn fat.

The only time your body uses fat for energy is when insulin is non-existent.

Carbohydrates trigger insulin more than any other macro-nutrient.

When you eat carbohydrates, it takes a LOT longer for your insulin to go back down.

Fats and Proteins also trigger insulin, but nowhere near as much as carbohydrates do.

For this reason, make your last meal of the day ZERO carbohydrates  so you can get your body into fat burning mode AS FAST AS POSSIBLE!

Makes sense?

If you stop reading this article right now and only do the things you’ve learned so far, you will be shocked at how fast your body begins to change.

But don’t stop reading…let’s make your fat-burning success even FASTER!

3) Workout at night

Working out at night helps your body burn all of its available glycogen.

Glycogen gets stored in your muscles as a form of energy from the carbohydrates you eat.

By working out at night, not only do you deplete your glycogen stores, but you also REV UP your metabolism.

I strongly recommend jumping rope for 30 minutes every night.

The fat will melt off you so damn fast that people will think you’re starving yourself.

Seriously.

I refer to jumping rope as a cardio MONSTER…and you’ll quickly realize why.

4) Hydrate

Dehydration slows down your metabolism, and if you’re serious about burning fat quickly, you can’t afford to be dehydrated.

Many people make the mistake of only drinking water when they’re thirsty.

At minimum, you should drink a glass every hour except 2-3 hours before bed for obvious reasons.

There’s no reason why you can’t chug a cup of water every hour….is there?

Start drinking water as soon as you wake up because your body gets dehydrated overnight.

Think about it…you’re going 7-8 hours without any water!

This is why your urine is so concentrated in the mornings.

Do your best to remain hydrated at all times.

If your urine isn’t light yellow or clear when you go to the bathroom, guess what?

You’re dehydrated!

5) Start burning fat as soon as you wake-up

Following steps 1-4 will melt the fat away fast.

However, to takes things to the next level, make sure you start burning fat as soon as you wake up.
