During this challenge, you’ll miss eating your favorite foods.
It’s inevitable.
Initially, your desire for them will be so strong that you’ll want to quit.

How do you make them pass faster?
Focus on what you’re getting.
Just 50 days from today you’ll look younger, more attractive, double your energy, SKYROCKET your sex appeal, etc.
I bet that slice of pizza or piece of cake doesn’t sound so good now.

It’s only 50 days, not the rest of your life.
You’re going to lose 50 pounds in 50 days to give you a HUGE jump start towards better health.
After 50 days, you’ll continue losing weight but will be able to relax a little and eat your favorite foods in moderation.
However, during these 50 days, besides being committed, you’ll need to be focused on completing this challenge.
5) Carnivore diet
During this challenge, you’ll eat a Carnivore diet the majority of the week.
A Carnivore diet consists of meat, fish, eggs and butter.
This diet consists of zero carbohydrates.
When you eat zero carbohydrates, you give your body more time to burn stored fat because you keep your insulin levels low.
The moment you eat carbohydrates, your body enters a state where it’s literally impossible to burn fat for several hours.
What about vegetables?
Even vegetables contain carbohydrates and hidden sugars.

It’s important to feel good during your 50 day challenge so that you remain motivated.
Simply walk around your neighborhood for an hour listening to any personal development podcast you choose.
You’ll want to do this first thing in the morning.
When you wake up in the morning, you’re in a fasted state.
That means that during that one hour of walking, you’re burning pure body fat.
Imagine what would happen if you did it for 50 days?

10) Intermittent fasting
To maximize fat loss, you must allow your body MORE time to use its own fat for fuel.
How?
By doing intermittent fasting.
Basically, you’re day will be divided into two parts:
- Fed state
- Fasting state
During the fed state, you’ll eat all your food for the day.
During the fasting state, you’ll only drink water, black coffee or unsweetened tea.
Your fed state will consist of 8 consecutive hours.
For example, you’ll eat from 11:00 a.m – 7:00 p.m., or 1:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
The hours you choose for your fed state don’t matter so long as it’s 8 consecutive hours.
Adjust according to your work schedule.
The purpose here is to give your body a full 16 hours of fasting.
Why does this work?
Typically, 8-10 hours after your last meal, your body begins using its own fat for fuel (energy).
During the first 8-10 hours, it uses your last meal for fuel.
But once those 8-10 hours have passed, you begin burning PURE BODY FAT until you eat again.
By fasting 16 hours, you give your body a full 6-8 hours of fat-burning.
Beautiful.
You might be thinking that you’ll be hungry all the time by fasting.
Not really.
The Carnivore diet does a FANTASTIC job at keeping you full all day.
Like I said, it’s the carbohydrates that make you hungry and make dieting a nightmare!
11) Get a weighted vest

How do you make yourself heavier without actually gaining weight?
The more you weigh during exercise, the more calories you burn, and the faster the weight comes off.
It’s science.
12) Make sleep a priority
Just like dehydration, if your quality of sleep is poor, your metabolism will slow down and your appetite will skyrocket.
Your body produces cortisol and increases your appetite when you don’t get a good night’s rest.
That means less fat-burning and more hunger.
Make sleep a priority, especially during this challenge.
Refrain from doing the things below two hours before bed:
- Drinking water
- Using your phone
- Eating
- Listening to upbeat music
- Watching any suspenseful, action or horror movies
Become as relaxed as possible before bed to avoid any sleep disruption.
13) Drink black coffee
Black coffee is MAGIC for fat loss.
Here’s why.
It curbs your appetite, speeds up your metabolism, and gives you energy.
When you drink coffee during intermittent fasting, your energy and focus is much higher compared to when you drink it with food.

You must drink it black with no sugar or cream added.
Having black coffee is an acquired taste.
The good news is that you quickly get use to it.
A lot of people have told how they could never have their coffee any other way after getting use to having it black.

Enjoy black coffee at any time of the day during this challenge.
Just be careful not to have it too late in the day so that you don’t disrupt your sleep schedule.
14) Get an accountability partner
An accountability partner can make all the difference in the world.
You’re much more likely to succeed with anything when someone holds you accountable.
Find someone who you can trust to be tough on you.
Someone who will motivate you to finish this challenge so you guarantee you lose 50 pounds in 50 days.
This brings me to my next point.
15) Make giving up more painful than giving into temptation
Here’s one of the best tricks I’ve discovered to guarantee I succeed with my goals.
Give your accountability partner something that they can take from you if you quit.
For example, you can give them a check for $500.
They must promise you that they will IMMEDIATELY cash the check if you quit.
This might seem a little over the top, but it’s a surefire way to guarantee your success.
Tell your accountability partner the following:
“If I do anything in the next 50 days that’s not allowed in this challenge, promise me that you’ll cash this check immediately.”
The goal here is to make your punishment hurt more than quitting the challenge.
This strategy is pure gold.
Your chances of success will SKYROCKET!
16) Do 20 jumping jacks every hour
It’s easy, quick and effective.
Doing 20 jumping jacks every hour might not seem like much, but it quickly adds up at the end of the day.
Who do you think would lose more weight – someone who does 20 jumping jacks on the hour for 50 consecutive days or someone who doesn’t do any jumping jacks, ever?
Easy answer.
In the book The Compound Effect, the author explains how the smallest thing add up to BIG results as long as you do them daily.
The point of the jumping jacks is to do something easy that will result in HUGE fat loss results by the end of 50 days.
It’s easy, quick and effective.
17) Get a jump rope
Jumping rope turns your body into a FAT-BURNING FURNACE!
If you’re new to jumping rope, don’t worry.
It’s one of those exercises that you quickly become better at every time you do it.
You can jump rope anywhere.
Want to jump rope at home?
Fine.
At the gym?
Fine.
At the parking lot of your local grocery store?
Fine. (But not recommended)
Jumping rope burns the same amount of calories in 10 minutes that jogging for 30 minutes does.
Imagine that, just 10 minutes of jumping and you’re done.
Another thing that makes jumping rope one hell of a calorie cooker is that it burns calories post-exercise since it’s high intensity.
That means you’ll continue burning calories even when you’re laying on the couch.

18) Have one cheat meal per week
I bet you would’ve never expected to eat your favorite foods during a diet.
Well, guess what?
In order to burn fat as FAST as possible, you must have one meal a week that’s high in carbohydrates.
Why?
Because of the hormone in your body called leptin.
Leptin determines how fast your body burns fat.
When your leptin is high, you burn fat fast.
When it’s low, you burn fat slow.
A high carb meal SKYROCKETS resets your leptin levels.
Therefore, once a week, preferably Sunday nights, go ahead and indulge in your favorite cheat meal.
Things like pasta, pizza, ice cream, cookies work best.
Remember that you’ll only do this for ONE meal and that it must be high in carbohydrates.
The rest of the week you’ll eat Carnivore meals.
19) Start a new hobby
You must keep your mind busy.
Did you know that a lot of eating is due to boredom?
If you’re sitting around the house binge watching your favorite show, you’re also likely to binge eat.
Save this for your cheat meal.
The rest of the week you should either be working, exercising, resting, or focused on a new hobby.
Learn how to play guitar, dance, a new language, how to create your own saltwater fish tank, etc.
It doesn’t matter what it is.
Just find something that’s fun that will keep your mind occupied.
20) Reward yourself
Besides your weekly cheat meal, make sure you reward yourself with something at the end of every week.
Go get a massage, go somewhere you love or buy yourself something new.
Your primary reward is that you’re going to lose 50 pounds in 50 days, but you should also reward yourself along the way.
You deserve it.
Rewarding yourself is positive reinforcement that will make this challenge much more enjoyable.
21) Do not weigh yourself (do this instead)
Your weight fluctuates depending on many things.
It can go up if you’re retaining water, gained muscle or haven’t used the bathroom.
The scale can play tricks on you.
Take weekly pictures of yourself and use a tape measure to take your measurements instead of using the scale.
I guarantee that you’ll see progress every week in your pictures and measurements.
You should only weigh yourself at the beginning and end of this challenge.
Trust me.
22) Write your goal every day
Write the following every day: “I am so happy and grateful now that I weigh ___ pounds.”
In the blank space, write how much you’re going to weigh after losing 50 pounds.
The purpose here is to program your mind with your goal.
Don’t worry how or why this works.
Just trust me when I tell you that it does.
23) Imagine your goal every day
After writing your goal, close your eyes for three minutes and imagine yourself at your goal weight.
Imagine how good you’re going to look and feel once you lose 50 pounds in 50 days.
Imagine people telling you how much weight you’ve lost.
Flood your subconscious mind with these good feelings.
The more you focus on something, the FASTER it becomes your reality.
24) Walk every opportunity that you get
Park your car further than usual.
Take the stairs instead of the elevator.
Get up every hour at work and walk down the hall.
Be mindful of every opportunity you have throughout the day to walk.
Remember that the smallest things add up over time.
25) Do this instead of sitting on the couch
There’s nothing wrong with watching a little TV at the end of your day to unwind.
However, during this challenge, I want you to make your TV time more productive.
During commercial breaks, get up and do 20 squats.
If you’re streaming something without commercials, use a timer so you can perform squats every 15 minutes.
Just like the jumping jacks, this might not seem like much now, but will add up to a lot.
26) Brush your teeth after meals (Really works!)
The first time I heard of this technique, I thought it was silly.
The concept behind it is that brushing your teeth after meals helps you combat any cravings for more food or sweets.
Guess what?
It works like magic.
Once your mouth feels clean and minty fresh, you instantly loose the desire to eat more.
This works especially well with the Carnivore diet because the high fat meals can leave a unpleasant taste in your mouth.
27) Curb hunger with these tips
Here are 5 golden tips to curb your hunger
- Drink coffee (but you already know that, just a reminder)
- Eat slower (most people gulp down their food faster than a pelican)
- Wait 20 minutes rule (it takes about 20 minutes for your brain to trigger the satiety feeling)
- High fat (Choose higher fat cuts on the Carnivore diet: ground beef 80/20, salmon, steak, beef, egg yolks, etc.)
- Listen to your body (Don’t wait until you feel so full that you can’t walk. Stop eating as soon as you feel satisfied. This doesn’t take long with a Carnivore diet meal)
28) Drink Sleepytime Extra Tea

29) Make your sleeping environment as comfortable as possible
Remember I said how important sleep is?
To get the BEST sleep, your sleeping environment must be as dark, quiet and comfortable as possible.
The first thing you’ll need to do is make your room as dark as possible.
You can do this by getting blackout shades and a sleeping mask.
You’d be surprised at how much the quality of your sleep improves when you sleep in a pitch black environment.
If you live in a noisy area, get some ear plugs.
Do whatever necessary to make your room as dark and quiet as possible.
Not only will you get much better rest, but the fat will melt off you a lot faster.
30) Take Yohimbe
This magical supplement was sent straight from the fat-burning heavens.
Holy crap does it work well.
You’ll experience increased focus, decreased appetite and faster fat loss by taking Yohimbe.
Research shows that it’s best to take it on an empty stomach along with a cup of black coffee.

31) Fast food is OK
If you’re on the run and don’t have time to cook, you can stop by any fast food restaurant and order a plain cheeseburger with no bun.
I’ve done this many times at Mcdonalds, Burger King and Wendy’s.
They put the burger patties in a bowl and give you a fork.
It’s an easy solution when you don’t have time or feel like cooking.
Make sure you only order the pattys with cheese and/or bacon.
No condiments or vegetables of any kind are allowed on the Carnivore diet.
32) Get a dog if you don’t have one
Dogs are fantastic companionship.
Not only do they bring joy to your home, but they keep you active.
They require your attention and need to be walked them twice per day.
Those two walks per day will quickly add up.
Remember, every little bit helps when the goal is to lose 50 pounds in 50 days.
33) Go places with a lot going on that require walking
Walking on a treadmill can be boring.
Go somewhere with a lot people, different stores and things to do.
Walking is a lot easier when there’s entertainment around you.
The best places are parks, malls, the beach, the zoo, and so on.
34) Don’t sacrifice your social life (you don’t have to)
One of the reasons people quit their diet is because of their social life.
They feel like their so restricted that they can’t go anywhere or eat anything.
That’s not true.
With the Carnivore diet, you can eat anywhere.
Just order whatever protein is available without the carbohydrates.
You can have a steak, a burger with no bun, chicken wings, etc.
Have your meals with water.
Sure, it isn’t as fun as eating a burger and beer or pasta and wine, but at least you still get to keep your social life.
Remember that this diet isn’t forever.
Once you get to your goal weight, you can indulge in the foods you like occasionally.
35) Don’t drink alcohol
They say that alcohol such as whiskey and vodka are fine on the the carnivore diet because they don’t have carbohydrates.
I don’t recommend them.
Alcohol increases your appetite and lowers you inhibitions.
You’re much more likely to mess up your diet and you’ve had a few drinks because you won’t care in the moment.
Stay away from it during these 50 days.
36) Don’t eat unless you’re hungry (you won’t starve)
It’s OK to feel a little hungry and not eat.
Most hunger is all mental anyways.
Your body has PLENTY of food to eat.
When you don’t eat, your body eats its own fat for fuel.
The FASTEST way to lose fat is to allow your body more time to use its own fat for energy.
This doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t eat for a week.
It just means to wait as long as possible to eat every day and to stop eating as early as possible.
The shorter your eating window, the MORE time your body spends burning fat.
37) Go somewhere new and walk
During these 50 days, it’s important to keep your mind busy and entertained.
I mentioned above that you should go places like the mall, the zoo, and parks.
However, you should also go to places you’ve never been before.
Even if it means driving an hour or two to get there…DO IT!
Discover new things and places.
It’ll make this challenge a lot easier and enjoyable.

38) Get a bicycle
This is one of the most fun and exciting ways to exercise.
There’s something so liberating about riding a bike.
Not only is it great exercise, it’s a lot of fun.
You move much faster than walking or jogging, so it doesn’t get boring.
It’s also more comfortable because you’re sitting down.
Try it.
39) Drink this much water
Your metabolism slows down when you’re dehydrated.
To keep it working at it’s TOP speed, drink 16 oz. of water as soon as you wake up.
Why?
Because your body is most dehydrated in the morning.
This happens because you go all night without a sip of water.
Drink a cup of water every hour throughout the day.
Besides keeping your metabolism working fast, you’ll also curb your appetite.
Fact: A lot of the times that people feel hungry, they’re actually just dehydrated.
40) Take a fat burner to curb your appetite and increase energy
Fat burners are one of the secrets of famous people in Hollywood.
They provide you great energy and focus.
They also curb your appetite.
It’s not necessary to take a fat burning during these 50 days.
However, I will say this…

41) Don’t focus on other people
Focusing on others can get your off track.
If you need to lose 50 pounds, looking at someone who’s thin can demotivate you.

50 days from today you’ll look and feel like a completely new person.

42) Ignore ridicule
It always happens to people when they’re on a diet.
Either their friends, family or co-workers give them some kind of ridicule.
It usually happens when at an event or out at a restaurant.
Ridicule examples:
“Just have a peice of cake”
“You’re being too serious with the diet. You need balance”
“Oh my god, you’re not going to ruin your diet if you cheat once”
“Wow what you’re eating looks tasteless”
You must ignore all ridicule during these 50 days.
It’s nobody’s business what you’re eating or why.
Your primary goal is to lose 50 pounds in 50 days.
Period.
43) Buy new clothes to increase motivation
How you look and feel is important for motivation.
When you go to the store and notice how you’re buying smaller and smaller clothes, it makes sticking to the challenge 100x easier.
Motivation is incredibly powerful.
You see, we humans need to see and feel results in order to stick with something.
If every week that goes by, your clothes fit looser and looser – your motivation and chances of success will remain high.
44) Get plenty of fresh air
Go outside often.
You don’t have to spend your whole day outside, but make sure you get plenty of fresh air.
Not only does it help you with stress from your day, it also feels great.
Thanks to technology, a lot of people spend all their time inside the house.
We’re not designed to sit down all day at work or at home on the couch.
Go outside and get some air!
45) Fast one day per week
This is one hell of a fat burner, my friend.
When you don’t feed your body for a full 24-hours, some magical things begin happening in the fat loss department.
Typically 8-10 hours after your last meal, your body begins burning it’s own fat for energy.
Imagine not eating for 24 hours!
You literally give your body 14-16 hours to burn fat.
Fasting a full 24 hours is easy physically.
You simply don’t eat.
However, it can be a challenge mentally.
Power through.
I suggest eating big lunch today and not eating again until lunch tomorrow.
This will give you a full 24 hours of fasting without really feeling like you haven’t eaten all day.

Having someone join you in this process is a good idea.
You motivate and hold each other accountable.

48) Do this when you feel like quitting
Since you’ll initially miss eating and doing the things you’re use to doing, you’re going to feel like quitting.

– Start a diet journal. A journal will be useful to plan my goals, what should I eat and how often do I have to exercise.
– Reduce my stress by doing exercise 3 times a week, 30 minutes each time. I recommend that you do the exercise that you are comfortable with. I personally love riding bicycle.
– Eat more protein.
– Aim to eat fruit or vegetable on each meal.
