I’m a big fan of boxing.
A couple months ago I watched the Floyd Mayweather training video below.
At the 4:00 mark, you see him using an Ab-Roller Wheel.
My first thoughts were that it looked silly and pointless.
He rolled back and forth with what appeared to be minimal effort.
Perhaps Floyd was just marketing it?
Who knows.
Regardless, I took my chances and bought the wheel to give it a try.
After all, it only cost a few bucks on Amazon.
Worse case, I wasn’t going to starve.
Long story short, my perceptions about the Valeo ab-wheel were WRONG!
What I initially thought was some silly marketing gimmick turned out to be a fat-burning BEAST!
It shows NO MERCY to your core area.
I’m warning you…if you can’t handle a little muscle soreness, this product isn’t for you.
YOU WILL FEEL IT THE NEXT DAY!
Is it easy to use?
Yes.
Does it really work?
Absolutely.
Here are 7 reasons why you should try the Valeo ab-roller wheel.
1) It actually works
Unlike many exercise products on the market, the Valeo ab-roller wheel actually works.
Need proof?
You’ll have it when you wake up the next day.
Your abs will be FIRE!
This is an obvious sign that you’re:
- shredding belly fat
- well on your way to a flat stomach
The ab wheel looks like an innocent and harmless little red wheel.
But you’ll think of it as the ab wheel from hell the day after.
Trust me.
Like I said, only try it if you’re tough enough to handle the soreness.
2) Convenience
You can take the Valeo ab-roller wheel anywhere.
You can use it at your:
- home
- gym
- job
- favorite park
- next vacation (please don’t, relax instead)
As long as you have it with you, you’ll get an intense ab workout anytime.
Beautiful.
3) Fun
The gliding back and forth motion is challenging, but fun.
Unlike laying on your back to perform countless crunches or sit-ups, which is BORING and can lead to back/neck pain or injury, the ab-roller wheel gets you great results with A LOT less time and effort.
You’d have to do 10x more crunches or sit-ups to get the same workout and results as the ab roller wheel.
Grab your ab-roller wheel and do just 3 sets of 10-12 reps.
Notice how your abs feel sore for the next couple of days.
Wait 4-5 days and do 3 sets of 10-12 crunches or sit ups.
You’ll notice how the soreness (if any) that you get from crunches or sit-ups doesn’t compare to that of the ab roller wheel.
If you want FASTER results with less effort, you need to get the ab roller wheel now.
4) Targets other muscles
Though its name infers that it’s a exercise item for your abs only, it also targets your arms and back muscles.
Each rep you do does a great job at targeting and building more muscular and defined:
- abs
- triceps
- lats
- shoulders
Not bad for a product that cost you less than a box of pizza, huh?
5) Fast results
You’ll start noticing results within a week of using the ab-roller wheel.
I strongly recommend taking progress pictures every Sunday.
You notice your stomach looking smaller and smaller each week that goes by.
All you need is 3 sets of 10-12 reps every other day to see fast results.
Using the Valeo ab-roller every day is overkill and unnecessary.
6) Quick workouts
Unlike traditional ab exercises where you do 100’s of crunches or sit-ups, the ab wheel gets the job done with just 3 sets.
You can increase the number of sets and reps as the weeks go by.
But start slowly with 3 sets of 10-12 reps.
Keep in mind that this little red wheel from hell is no joke!
Don’t try to be Superman and do 5 sets of 100 reps as soon as you get it in the mail.
Start slow.
7) Low-cost
How often do you see exercise equipment that’s overpriced?
All the time, right?
Well, the Valeo ab-roller wheel isn’t one of those items.
You can get it on Amazon right now for less than $12 bucks.
I never recommend a product to my readers unless I believe in it.
The ab roller has my stamp of approval.
My recommendations
Always warm-up and stretch before performing your workout to prevent muscle cramping and minimizes soreness the next day.
Make sure you position your body correctly and perform each rep slowly and patiently.
Don’t move back and forth fast in attempt to get better and faster results.
It’s unnecessary.
Here’s a great video that shows you the right and wrong way to perform each rep.
