How to Get Rid of Chest and Back Acne
I live in Florida where the weather is always warm.
We’ll get a few weeks of cold whether each year if we’re lucky.
There are times that it’s so hot that you’d rather just stay indoors in the nice cool air.
As a result, the heat would cause me to sweat and create chest and back acne.
I was sick of it and desperate for a cure!
After doing research and experimenting with different things, I came to a conclusion on what works best.
Here’s what I recommend you do if you want to learn how to get rid of chest and back acne.
1) Drink 1 Gallon of Water Daily
You hear all the time now and days, drink water!
There are so many benefits to drinking water that I’m still amazed at how many people don’t do it.
Your skin is a big organ.
Your body is filled with impurities that must be eliminated either through your pee, poop, or skin.
When you drink a gallon of water daily, you help your body eliminate all the toxins from foods you eat.
If you’re not getting enough water, your body’s only option is to eliminate the toxins through your pores.
As a result, you get chest and back acne.
You have to drink water until your pee is clear or a very light yellow.
This indicates that you’re properly hydrated.
You don’t have to sit down and drink a gallon all at once.
If you take a sip of water throughout the day, you’ll be surprised at how easy drinking a gallon of water can be.
You’ll also notice that you’ll begin to poop more often.
Being properly hydrated lubricates your digestive system and allows for easier movements of bowels.
Drink Water!
2) Finish With Cold Water
Whether you prefer hot or cold showers, I am here to recommend that you combine both.
Hot water opens up your pores and allows you to properly cleanse away any dirt and oil with soap.
Cold water closes your pores and prevents dirt or oil from entering your skin.
There have been many people who only make this switch and clear up their chest and back acne.
What I do is shower with hot water for about 10 minutes and then finish off with ice cold water for 5 minutes.
I’d highly recommend buying exfoliating gloves for your shower.
You simply put them on and they help scrub away dead skin cells and dirt.
I use them daily because my skin always feels clean, soft, and brand new after.
Make sure you replace them monthly as they can accumulate dirt and oil over time.
3) Wash Bed Sheets Weekly
Sounds simple, but the stone cold reality is that some people go more than a week without washing their bed sheets.
While you’re sleeping, your body sweats, and eliminates oil and dead skin cells.
These things rub off and stick to your sheets.
Sounds gross, right?
Personal items (clothes, bags, laptops, etc.) or anyone who may sit or lay in your bed (friends, girlfriend, and pets) can contribute dirt that causes chest and back acne.
Invest in a good quality detergent and use the recommended amount.
Going overboard on the detergent can cause skin irritation as well, so don’t think that more is better.
These are the top three tips that helped me the most with my chest and back acne.
There’s no reason to spend a ton of money on products or a dermatologist.
Sometimes, the cure is simple and cheap.
I would also recommend to limit or eliminate eating processed foods and to shower and remove workout clothes as soon as possible after a workout

this was so helpful! Thank you so much for posting these articles: I really like how you emphasize that we can all CHOOSE to have clear skin, because as much as it seems like we’re victims, the only way out is to make conscious choices about what we put in our bodies and on our faces.
