The answer is simple.
The more you weigh, the more calories you burn and the faster you lose weight.
For example, someone who weighs 300 lbs. will burn a lot more calories walking a mile than someone who weighs 150 lbs.

I came across this idea one day that I was watching workout videos YouTube.
One of the videos I saw was a man doing a 30 day jump rope challenge.
Even though he was already a pretty heavy guy, he was wearing a weighted vest during his workouts.
Knowing that heavier people lose weight faster, I immediately thought “This guy is going to lose fat FAST AS HELL!”
And then it clicked.
I realized that’s exactly what he has trying to do.
He was adding MORE weight to his body to lose fat faster.
Genius.

The heavier you make yourself, the more energy you’re going to require to do anything.
Whether it’s working out or walking to your mail box, if you add weight to your body, you will burn more fat.
End of story.
Is a weighted vest necessary to lose fat?
Of course not.
It’s only necessary if you want to lose fat fast!
Won’t a weighted vest cost you money?
Obviously.
However, trust me when I tell you that it’s worth every penny.
Not only will it make losing fat easier and faster, but it will also make it easier to maintain your weight.
Why?
Again, the more you weigh, the more you’ll burn.
This is a simple, effective and easy fat loss trick that anyone can start doing.
