I don’t care about having the “best looking” blog.
I don’t care about it being “cool”, having the best pictures, or eye catching graphics.
What I care about is my content.
If you notice, my blog is “clean” and very easy to read.
There are no unnecessary things.
You log on and your eye knows where to go.
Everything is easy to find.
That’s what I care about.
I care that my readers find what they’re looking for and find it QUICK.
When I sit down and write something, I read it out loud and ask myself:
“Will this help people?”
If my content doesn’t answer questions, give examples, and/or advice; I don’t publish.
I don’t care what anyone thinks of Inertia Will Hurt ya.
The goal of this blog is to HELP people.
If all the work and time put in helps out one person, then this blog is a success.
Of course, it has already helped out a lot more than one person.
And it will continue to do so.
As I continue to learn, grow, and have new life experiences; I will continue to write.
I’ve received some negative comments in the past.
Did I delete them?
NO.
Why?
Because I don’t care.
I already know that if you don’t have people leaving you negative comments or sending you hate emails, you’re doing something wrong.
“If you don’t have enemies, you’re doing something wrong.”
As long as the positive comments outweigh the negative, I’ll keep doing what I’m doing.
There are negative people in the world.
There always has and there always will be.
I remember when I saw the video below.
It’s a beautiful and amazing video, but it still got dislikes!
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dWUjaZ0VaWE
How in the world can anyone dislike this?
Point proven.
So I have some questions…
How about you?
Do you care?
Are you going to spend your whole life trying to make everyone happy in hopes they like you?
It’s not possible.
So don’t waste your time.
Focus your energy on something you can create or offer that will help/motivate others.
Continue to learn, grow, and contribute.
