How to Breakup Like a Man

So you’ve given it thought and decided that it just isn’t going to work.

You no longer want to pursue your relationship with her.

You might feel bad or nervous about approaching your soon to be ex-girlfriend.

You know she won’t be too happy about the bad news.

However, it needs to be done.

…and the sooner she knows, the better.

There is nothing wrong with ending a relationship.

If you’re not happy for whatever reason, it’s only right to end things.

But there’s a right and a wrong way to go about it.

How Not To Breakup With Your Girlfriend

Whatever reason you deciding to end things, it’s important you do it with respect.

Remember that you dated this woman and shared memorable times together.

Unfortunately things have changed, and you’re moving on.

No problem.

But….

Don’t breakup with her over the phone, text message, or email.

Yes, it may be harder to breakup with her in person, but it’s the right thing to do.

She needs to know you at least value her enough to tell her in person.

Breaking up with someone over text is disrespectful and a coward move.

How to Breakup with Your Girlfriend

It’s okay to give her a little bit of a clue on what’s coming.

Tell her you’d like to talk to her and agree to meet somewhere.

Sit down with her, look her in the eye, and end things like a man.

“I feel we shouldn’t continue seeing each other. I like you and care about you a lot as a person. However, I feel this is what’s best for me at the moment.”

Yes, she’ll be heartbroken.

Sure, she might cry.

But she’ll respect you and be glad you told her in person like a man.

You’ve given her closure.

Being sneaky and sending a breakup text is something little kids do.

Who knows what could happen in the future.

People grow and change over the years.

You might decide to work things out with her again one day.

But if you’re remembered as the guy who broke up over the phone or through text, that’s unlikely to happen.

Your personal credit is very important.

You must do everything in life like a man.

The way you treat woman, the way you work, the way you live your life.

Develop the habit of doing everything like a man.

Now that you know how to breakup like a man, do what’s right and set up a time and place to talk to her.

It isn’t going to be easy…

But it’s going to be right.
