I’ve had a sweet tooth all my life.
Chocolate is one of my favorite sweets.
Whether it’s chocolate ice cream, cookies, cake, and so on – I love it!
But you can’t enjoy chocolate if you want to lose fat or stay slim.
Right?
WRONG!
We live in a new world, my friend.
Losing and maintaining your weight is easier than ever.
You can lose fat and keep it off without experiencing intense cravings.
In other words, you can get to your goal weight and maintain it, comfortably.
Do you love chocolate as much as I do?
If so, you know how much MORE you love/crave it when you can’t have it.
Since chocolate is so high in sugar and carbohydrates, eating it can be detrimental to losing fat and keeping it off.
Does that mean you must abstain from chocolate?
Not exactly.
I’ve come up with a delicious dessert that will combat your cravings for chocolate.
This tasty treat comes with some great benefits:
- zero carbohydrates
- sugar-free
- low calorie
- curbs your appetite
- provides great focus
- quick and easy to make
Sounds too good to be true?
I’ll prove it to you.
Alex’s Famous Chocolate Coffee Dessert
Here’s what you’ll need:
- Coffee
- Heavy whipping cream (liquid)
- Heavy whipping cream (spray)
- Torani’s sugar-free vanilla syrup
- Walden Farms sugar-free chocolate syrup
- Blender
You’ll only require a small amount of each item above each time you prepare a chocolate coffee dessert.
So make sure you only buy one of each at a time.
Trust me that one of each will last you a while.
You can find most of these items at your local supermarket.
If you’re unable to find the sugar-free syrups, get them on Amazon.
How to Make Alex’s Chocolate Coffee Dessert
Step 1) Brew your coffee
For best taste, I recommend using a high quality coffee like Deathwish Coffee or Starbucks Veranda.
Pour your freshly brewed coffee into your favorite mug.
Step 2) Add the following ingredients:
- 2 tbsp. of Torani Sugar-Free Vanilla Syrup
- 2 tablespoons of heavy whipping cream (liquid)
- 1 tbsp. of Walden Farms Chocolate Syrup
Step 3) Blend your coffee
I use my Magic Bullet for convenience and easy clean up, but any blender will do.
Blend your coffee for a minute.
You’ll notice a thick, rich foam at the top when you pour it into your mug.
Delicious!
Step 4) Toppings
Now comes the best part!
Add the heavy whipping cream spray in the picture below and drizzle one tbsp. of Walden Farms chocolate syrup on top.
Step 5) Smile and Enjoy!
This quick and easy recipe does three amazing things:
- combats your sweet tooth
- curbs your appetite for hours
- helps you focus
Fat and caffeine are known to curb your appetite and increase focus.
Since you’ll get fat from heavy whipping cream and caffeine from coffee, your appetite will be non-existent for hours and your focus will be great.
So not only do you get to have a delicious chocolate dessert, but you get to stay full and enjoy great focus.
It’s a win-win.
But don’t take my word for it.
Try it and prove it to yourself.
Important things to know
Keep the vanilla and chocolate syrup refrigerated.
Especially the chocolate syrup so that it has a thick consistency.
If becomes watery if left out of the fridge.
Shake all ingredients well before pouring, especially the heavy whipping cream spray.
I recommend having one of my famous chocolate coffees whenever you usually feel the most hungry.
It’s a sweet way (pun intended) to curb your appetite, eat less and increase your focus.
Since I eat a Keto Lifestyle, I barely ever have a sweet tooth.
However, that doesn’t mean I don’t enjoy a tasty treat.
You don’t know how much easier life becomes when you don’t crave sweets, but you’re still allowed to have them if you want.
Since my famous chocolate coffee doesn’t have any carbohydrates or sugar, I stay in ketosis which means my body continues to burn fat all day.
Not bad, huh?
You can enjoy one of these daily and stay in fat-burning mode.
Feel free to select different sugar-free syrups from Walden Farms and Torani.
As long as your selections have zero carbohydrates and zero sugar, you’ll stay in fat-burning mode, curb your appetite and increase your focus.
Remember that when you eat carbohydrates, it raises your insulin.
When insulin is raised, you’re instantly kicked out of fat-burning mode.
Furthermore, elevated insulin levels lead to intense cravings/appetite.
But you don’t have to worry about that with my magical chocolate coffee dessert.
Your insulin will remain low.
Your body will stay in fat-burning mode.
And your cravings for chocolate will be satisfied.
