5 Sex Boosting Foods

Let’s be honest, when you have sex, you want to deliver a great performance.

Right?

No one wants to leave their partner unsatisfied or disappointed.

Overall energy and blood flow plays a vital part in your sexual performance.

Below are great sex boosting foods that will help you perform well.

1) Strawberries

I always perceived strawberries as a “sexy” food to share with your partner.

Turns out they are one of the best sex boosting foods.

Strawberries are rich in antioxidants which benefit your arteries and heart.

Blood flow is vital for good sex.

Having your arteries and heart in a healthy condition allow that.

Skip the ice cream for dessert and go with some strawberries instead.

2) Oysters

Oysters have always held their place as one of the top sex boosting foods.

They contain zinc which is vital for testosterone production and sex performance in men.

Zinc benefits women as well by increasing vaginal lubrication.

Oysters contain Dopamine which increases testosterone levels and sexual desire.

Increased semen volume has also been reported by men who eat oysters.

3) Cinnamon

Cinnamon is rich in antioxidants and does a great job at preventing bacteria and blood clotting.

Increased physical and sexual desire is another side effect.

Cinnamon rubbed directly onto the genitals produces POWERFUL sexual stimulation.

This practice is popular in many countries.

I have not tried it, but felt I should share in case you decided to.

It increases heat in the body, heightens sensitivity and improves blood circulation.

Cinnamon’s aphrodisiac level is quite high and remains as one of the sex boosting foods.

I take one tablespoon daily.

4) Olive Oil

Compared to other vegetable oils, olive oil is highest in nutrition and easiest to digest.

Its richness in fatty acids provides your sex organs with necessary nutrient.

Olive oil increases testosterone production.

It has monounsaturated fat which keeps your arteries functioning properly.

Saturated and Trans fat’s clog your arteries , I highly advise you avoid them as much as possible.

5) Avocados

Avocados are rich in antioxidant properties, potassium, and vitamin B6.

These things help blood flow and delay or prevent heart disease.

Erectile dysfunction is a sign of heart disease or artery damage.

Monounsaturated fats inside of avocados are good for your heart and blood circulation.

By now you know that anything that helps your heart or blood circulation is vital for a good and healthy sex life.

I personally eat avocados daily, not just for their health benefits, but because they taste great and the healthy fats keep me full longer.

I love putting them in an omelet sandwich, a salad, or as a side on a dish.

These sex boosting foods taste great and help if you’re serious about improving your sex life.

You don’t have to eat all of them daily, just include them in your diet often.

    I sure do know what Zinc does to my body. It’s an incredible mineral. Especially for men. I supplement daily with 100 mgs of zinc.

    Holy crap man, avocado? wow i didn’t knew that and i ate them daily, and also another food super recommended for this is salmon because has a lot of zinc in it, and well you know what zinc does for your body.
