A Simple Trick I Use To Curb My Appetite For Hours

I love to experiment and try new things.

I’m constantly searching for ways to make my life (and yours) easier.

One of the ways I do this is by practicing intermittent fasting.

Basically, I eat all of my food for the day in a smaller window. (Ex: 11am-7pm)

I love it.

I get hungry around 11am because my body is programmed to eat at that time.

In order to eat bigger and more satisfying meals, and avoid having to stop what I’m doing just to eat, I searched for a way to curb my appetite at 11am.

To maintain my weight, I can’t eat more than 2,500 calories per day.

I wanted to figure out a way to keep my calories low in order to have a BIG meal at night without worry or guilt about gaining weight.

And, that’s exactly what I did.

I did research, experimented and discovered a simple trick to curb my appetite.

Here’s what I do.

Eat 2 tangerines every day at 11am.

Why it works

These little delicious fruits contain one very important thing for appetite control: Fiber

Each tangerine contains 1.6 grams.

Eat two and you get 3.2 grams instantly.

That’s enough to curb your appetite for hours.

The best part is that they only contain about 47 calories each.

For only 94 calories, you eliminate your appetite and forget about food.

It’s a very small price to pay for appetite suppressing benefits.

If you combine intermittent fasting with this simple trick, you could get away with having your favorite foods EVERY DAY and still lose or maintain weight.

Peeling a tangerine takes literally 5 seconds and they’re quick and easy to eat.

Unlike an apple and other popular fruits, they don’t require continuous chewing effort.

It takes me about a minute to peel and eat two tangerines.

So not only do I curb my appetite, but I do it QUICKLY!

Tangerines are also packed with Vitamin C and their water content is high.

Both are great for your body.

You don’t need to do intermittent fasting like me in order to benefit from this little trick.

Try it the next time you’re hungry so you can see how great it works.
