What you’ll eat:

Why it works
One word: insulin
With countless diets available, how do you know which one actually works?
The reality is that almost every diet works.
However, the most effective diets are those that drop insulin.
When your insulin is low, two AMAZING things happen for fat loss:
1) your appetite vanishes
2) you lose fat fast because your body uses its own fat for energy
What raises insulin?
Food.
Fat-burning stops the moment you eat.
Your body is either producing insulin or burning fat.
It can’t do both simultaneously.
Period.
The higher your insulin, the LONGER it takes to get back into fat-burning mode.
So what determines how much insulin you produce?
What and how much you eat.
This brings me to my next point.
What should you eat and avoid to keep insulin low?
Let’s start with what to avoid.
The #1 food you should avoid is carbohydrates.
Carbohydrates SKYROCKET insulin and kick you out of fat-burning mode for HOURS!
Protein and fat raise insulin, but nowhere near as much as carbohydrates.
With that said, be careful with how much protein you eat.
Too much protein can convert into glucose which triggers insulin.
Don’t make the mistake of eating high-protein and low-fat when eliminating carbohydrates from your diet.
Sure, you’ll still lose fat, but you won’t lose it as fast as possible.
As crazy as it might sound, eating “fat” is the BEST way to lose fat quickly.
Why?
Fat is the only macro-nutrient that doesn’t raise insulin.
You mimic a fasting state by eating a high-fat diet.
This means your body remains in fat-burning mode ALL DAY!
But here’s the thing…
You must eat a 100% fat diet to mimic a fasting state.
That means eating nothing but butter, olive oil, coconut oil, etc.
Basically foods that ONLY contain fat.
This isn’t feasible.
So what do you do instead?
For the next 14 days, eat the three food items below.
- bacon
- egg yolks
- bulletproof coffee
These foods keep insulin lower than any other foods.
Here’s why.
Bacon
Bacon is mostly fat.
It’s low in protein so your insulin remains low and you minimize the chances of an insulin spike.
The result?
You stay in fat-burning mode.
Make sure you buy the regular bacon that’s high fat and not the turkey kind.
Turkey bacon has more protein than fat which isn’t what you want.
Remember that too much protein can trigger insulin and kick you out of fat-burning mode.
Egg yolks
The white part of the egg (albumen or egg whites) is mostly protein.
All of the fat in eggs is in the yolk.
For this diet, you’ll only eat the yolks.
Cook your egg yolks in the bacon grease leftover after cooking your bacon.
This results in a tasty, satisfying and fat-burning meal that takes less than 10 minutes to prepare and keeps you in fat-burning mode.
Bulletproof Coffee
Bulletproof coffee is a POWERFUL fat loss tool.
What makes it so powerful?

Here’s how you make Bulletproof coffee:
- brew your coffee

Bet you would’ve never expected to eat pizza on a diet, huh?
Well, guess again.
Pizza, or any high-carb food for that matter, can be very effective for fat loss.

There’s a hormone in your body called leptin.
Leptin plays a crucial role in fat loss.
It helps keep your appetite low and your metabolism high which makes fat loss a LOT easier.
When leptin is low, weight-loss is slow and your appetite is high.
Not good.
However, when leptin is high, you lose weight fast and you’re almost never hungry.
Typically, leptin levels drop 6-7 days after you start a diet.
That’s what makes pizza your best friend.
Pizza is high in carbohydrates which allows your leptin levels to reset.
Even though carbohydrates are the enemy for fat loss, they’re the savior for resetting leptin.
Just ONE high-carb meal resets leptin levels.
You’ll want to keep your pizza as low in fat and protein as possible.
Your goal is high carbohydrates and low fat/protein.
Don’t add meat or extra cheese to your pizza because the fat and protein content will SKYROCKET!
Simply order a medium cheese pizza and enjoy.
You’ll notice something very interesting the next morning when you look in the mirror.
…You’ll actually look leaner!
How to maximize fat loss with this diet
So you now know that keeping insulin low is the key to fat loss.
But how do you keep insulin as low as possible to MAXIMIZE fat loss?
Wait as long as possible to eat every day.
Even though the foods in this diet keep your insulin low, nothing keeps insulin lower than fasting.
NOTHING!
If you don’t eat, it’s literally impossible to trigger insulin.
This is why countless people who begin intermittent fasting and don’t change their diet still lose weight.
They keep insulin low and allow their body MORE time to burn fat.
Listen to me…
Your body is designed to eat its own fat for energy when no food is available.
Read that last sentence again.
If you’re serious about losing weight as fast as possible, it’s best to fast every day for a minimum of 16 hours.
For example, eat every day from 11am-7pm.
Then fast from 7pm to 11am the next day.
It’s that easy.
This gives your body more time to use its fat for energy so you can melt FAST!
Can you still lose weight fast without fasting?
Absolutely.
However, if you really want to speed up your results, fast a minimum of 16 hours and watch the magic happen.
Fasting alone melts fat.
Can you imagine what happens when you combine it with a diet that keeps your insulin low?
Will you get hungry?
Most people get hungry at first simply because they’re use to eating all day.
However, by days three and four, you’ll notice a significant decrease in appetite.
This happens because you’ve eliminated carbohydrates from your diet.
It’s the carbohydrates that are making you hungry all the time and causing you to overeat.
Replace the carbohydrates with fat and your diet problems will be solved.
Looking and feeling fat?
Gone.
Appetite?

Why do you think you’re starving all the time on a diet?

How much to eat per meal

You can use the following condiments on your bacon and eggs:
- salt
- pepper
- hot sauce
- mustard
Bacon has its own grease but you can also cook with butter or olive oil if you’d like.

On Sunday night, you’ll enjoy a small cheese pizza to reset leptin and enjoy a mental break from your diet.

Liquor options that don’t contain carbohydrates (gin, whiskey, vodka, etc.) are fine. However, they do temporarily stop fat loss. The occasional drink (containing zero carbs.) won’t necessarily hurt you. But if you want to lose fat as FAST as possible, stay 100% away from alcohol.
