Hi friend,
You can eat whatever you want and lose body fat.
You really can.
Whether it’s broccoli or donuts, you can melt all the fat you desire.
How?
Simple.
First, answer me this.
How much do you want to weigh?
Take that number that just flashed in your mind and multiply it by 10.
You now know the exact number of calories you must eat every day to eventually reach that weight.
There’s a key word in that last sentence.
It’s eventually.
Sure, you can eat whatever you want and lose weight.
However, what and when you eat determines how fast you make progress.
You’re probably wondering “What do I do to lose fat as fast as possible?“
There’s a lot you can do, my friend.
I’m going to share the top 3 things you can do to get almost instant results.
Do them and I guarantee that you’ll wake up every day looking leaner and leaner.
Stop eating as early possible every day
Your body begins burning its own fat for energy 10-12 hours after your last meal.
The less carbohydrates in your last meal, the quicker your body will enter the fat-burning state. (More on this later)
The trick is to have your last meal early enough so that you’re asleep by the time those 10-12 hours pass.
Why?
Because your body requires and uses a TON of energy while you sleep.
You might think the opposite since you’re literally just laying there all night.
But the reality is that your body works very hard while you sleep.
Here’s the problem…
Most people eat too close to bed time so they spend most (if not all) of the night burning the last meal they ate instead of their fat.
Think about it…when’s the last time you burned fat all night while sleeping?
I use to have a bowl of cereal every night before bed.
Not only did I gain weight, but I never gave my body sufficient time to burn its own fat.
Does that make sense?
Sure, you’ll eventually lose weight (slowly) as long as you’re in a caloric deficit.
But to melt fat fast, stop eating 10-12 hours before bed.
Look at yourself in the mirror every morning and you’ll have proof of how effective this is.
Eat meat only
There is a hormone in your body called insulin.
It’s triggered whenever you eat anything.
However, certain macro-nutrients trigger it more than others.
The macro-nutrient that triggers it the most is carbohydrates.
The higher your insulin, the longer it takes for your body to enter the fat-burning state after its last meal.
Your body CANNOT burn fat when insulin is present.
The problem with carbohydrates is that they cause such a high insulin release that you’re kicked lose out of fat-burning mode for HOURS!
Even though I said it takes 10-12 hours after your last meal before your body begins burning its own fat, the reality is that it can be much quicker or longer depending on what you eat.
Protein and fat trigger insulin, but nowhere near as much as carbohydrates do.
That’s why a person who cuts carbohydrates from their diet loses fat so FAST!
They keep their insulin low and spend a lot more time in the fat-burning zone.
Like I said, you can lose as much fat as you want regardless of what you eat.
But if you’re like me, you probably want to lose the fat quickly.
To achieve this, you’ll want to do an all meat diet.
This is also known as “The Carnivore Diet”
Eating meat only keeps your insulin low all day.
Everything else has carbohydrates and hidden sugars in it which will trigger insulin.
Yes, even vegetables.
If you’re serious about melting fat as quickly as possible, eat nothing but meat.
Combine that with not eating 10-12 hours before bed and watch the fat-burning magic begin.
Isn’t eating just meat bad for you?
I’ll be writing an in-depth article on this in the near future.
For now, I’ll say this…No, eating just meat is actually great for you.
If you’re in a hurry to learn why, read the book The Fat of The Land.
I don’t want to get to into it, but I will leave you with something to think about.
Have you ever met a sick, overweight, or depressed person who only eats meat?
Stay tuned for the article.
Skip breakfast and do fasted cardio
The best time to exercise is when your body is primed to burn fat.
When’s that?
First thing in the morning.
What do most people do in the morning?
Stuff their faces with bagels, cereal, orange juice, coffee with cream and sugar, etc.
Not only does it immediately kick them out of fat-burning mode, it also delays when they’ll begin burning fat again.
Instead of eating breakfast, go for an hour walk every morning.
You’ll burn pure body fat during your workout.
Skip breakfast and have a big lunch instead to extend the amount of time your body burns fat.
Compare someone who wakes up and immediately eats something to someone who goes for an walk every day and skips breakfast.
Who’s going to lose fat faster?
Easy answer.
Bonus: Cheat meal every 10 days
There’s a hormone in your body called leptin.
When leptin is high, you burn fat easy and quickly.
When its low, fat loss is difficult and slow.
Your leptin levels tend to drop 7-10 days after you start a diet.
To prevent this, and to reward yourself, have a nice cheat meal every 10 days.
Make this meal high in carbohydrates because its the macro-nutrient that raises leptin the most.
That means that you can eat pizza, cookies, ice cream, sushi, pasta, etc.
Whatever you want.
Ironically, you’ll notice something interesting happen the day after your cheat meal.
You’ll actually look and feel thinner!
In closing
I promise that if you apply everything in this article, your body will quickly begin to change.
Your clothes will fit better, your energy will be higher, and people will begin asking “You’ve lost weight. Are you on a diet?”
If I were you, I’d smile and reply: “Nope, just been eating a lot of meat lately”.
That’s what I did.
