It works by blocking “aromatase” in your body.
This reduces the conversion of testosterone to estrogen.
Having your manly testosterone convert into estrogen is as bad as telling a woman her boobs will get smaller.
Listen to me when I say this…
YOU CANNOT AFFORD TO HAVE A ZINC DEFICIENCY IN YOUR BODY.
And if you’re a man whose eaten the foods available today, who doesn’t always get adequate sleep, and so on; there’s a HIGH chance you’re Zinc deficient and don’t even know it.
Zinc improves sex drive, increases semen volume and leads to better sex.
…But most importantly, it provides rock hard erections.
Interestingly enough, all the “erection pills” for sale online contain high levels of Zinc.
The difference?

This one I stumbled upon by mistake.

It’s a fact that men with low Vitamin D3 levels are WAY more likely to have low testosterone levels.
Even those men who are “healthy” and decide to supplement with Vitamin D3 anyway, experience a 25% testosterone increase in their bloodstream after a year of supplementation.
I don’t know about you, but I’ll take a 25% increase in testosterone if I can get it.
You can also get plenty of Vitamin D3 from exposure to the sun.
But I don’t like to take my chances, so I supplement to ensure I’m never deficient.

I take it along with my Zinc every night before bed.
Taking supplements on an empty stomach, before bed, is suppose to help you absorb them better.

Yohimbine is known as a vasodilator.

I always know something’s up when I can’t get it up. For me, stress and tiredness have the worst impact. When I have those under control I still feel like a teenager. When I don’t, no amount of supplementation helps. But when all my ducks are in a row, I also really recommend Vitamin D3 – especially as I live in the dismal British climate.

The supplement Zinc at higher doses can cause some serious side effects, and as for Yohimbine this too can cause health issues. Vitamin D3 is very safe, no issues with that.

Yeah, just stick to the serving size for each and you’ll be fine. I’ve been taking all of these supplements for a while now, get blood work done twice a year, and am perfectly fine.
