The Scientific Reason Why Not Eating After 5:00 p.m. Helps You Lose Fat Fast

There are countless diet tricks and strategies that you can follow.

Some work, some don’t.

Here’s one that absolutely works.

Stop eating after 5:00 p.m.

I’m not telling you to do anything else.

Just stop eating.

If you want to combine it with a diet, fine.

If you want to to combine it with exercise, go ahead.

But trust me that you’ll see great results if you do nothing else but stop eating 5:00 p.m.

Why does it work?

Simple.

Your body takes 10-12 hours to fully digest it’s last meal.

During that time, your insulin levels are elevated and you’re in a state where you cannot burn body fat.

But what happens after is the fun part.

After 10-12 hours, your body switches over to burning its own fat for fuel.

That means that after 10-12 hours, you’ll be in fat-burning mode until you eat again.

Not bad, huh?

So let’s do the math.

Let’s say you stop eating at 5:00 p.m.

You’ll enter the fat-burning state sometime around 3:00 a.m.- 5:00 a.m. (10-12 hours later). 

The result?

You’ll burn pure body fat while you’re sleeping.

Awesome.

If you did this one thing, stopped eating every day at 5:00 p.m., and didn’t change anything else, you’d still notice a leaning effect on your body.

You see, that’s the whole trick to fat loss – allow your body MORE time to burn its own fat.

Most people search for magic diet pills, the latest diet or decide to starve themselves by barely eating.

Nonsense.

Listen to me, my friend…

Your body knows exactly what to do to burn fat. 

It knows to use it’s stored fat for energy after 10-12 hours.

You just have to let your body do what it’s designed to do.

It’s that simple.

The purpose of stored fat

Stored fat is simply stored energy that your body turns to in moments where food isn’t available.

It’s a survival mechanism.

Instead of starving yourself, spending money on diet pills or spending countless hours looking for the best diet – let your body do what it’s designed to do!

To really take your fat-burning to the next level, wait as long as possible the next day before you eat.

If you stop eating at 5:00 p.m. every day and skip breakfast, fat will literally melt off you.

It’s inevitable.

You’ll give your body no choice but to rip through fat and shrink your belly.

    It works!!! I am a proof of it!!! I stop eating at 5 pm and eat my breakfast at 9 am. During the day I eat what I love. The first days were the hardest. But if you manage the first day, give yourself a chance for a second day. After that, continue and tell yourself that you don’t want to ruin you achievements, and you will be a winner in the making. It works!!!
