1) The Millionaire Fastlane
A must read for every single student graduating from high school. If you want to get “rich” while you’re young enough to enjoy it, read this book. This doesn’t mean you won’t have to work for it, but it does save you A LOT of time and mistakes that you might make without the knowledge contained inside. If you’re serious about your business success and becoming more productive, I wholeheartedly recommend this book!
2) The 4 -Hour Workweek
This book shows you how to get more things done in less time. Many people say that money doesn’t buy happiness, and I have to disagree because money buys TIME. If you have to trade your time for money (hourly wage job), you’re not free. This book goes into detail on how the author Tim Ferris went from earning $40,000 a year by working 80 hours a week to earning $40,000 per month working only four hours a week. The book is very well written, easy to read, and jam-packed with valuable information.
3) Rich Dad Poor Dad
What makes this book unique is the lesson from how your mind determines your success. The author “Robert Kiyosaki” gives details on how his two dads (his real father and his best friends father) influenced his thoughts on money and investing. You don’t need a high income to be rich. You learn the difference between trading your time for money, and having your money work for you.You learn how to think about assets and liabilities,as well as how not to get into large debt positions for unnecessary things. Rich Dad Poor Dad keeps you engaged with interesting stories. The style of writing allows you to fully comprehend and learn the material.

I recently got into reading. I plan to read all three of these soon, but all I hear is good things. This is what they call investing in yourself.

Chris, that’s exactly what it is – investing in yourself. All three of these are must read.
