The term “fat people” is subjective.
Depending on who you are, it can also be offensive.
However, I know very well that when people search Google for fat loss advice, the word “fat” is included in their search.
I guess this article’s title is offensive, but genius.
Anyways…I think you get my point.
If you look in the mirror and think “I’m fat”, you might also think that the solution is to eat less and move more.
Right?
While that might work initially, chances are that it will backfire.
Why?
Because eating less makes you miserable.
Moving more could help you burn more calories, reduce stress and sleep better.
But eating less will undeniably lead to hunger, bad moods and lack of motivation to stick to a diet.
So what do you do?
Do you just give up and stay fat?
Is it even worth it to be miserable to lose fat?
Maybe this is just the way your body and metabolism are designed – and you must deal with it?
No.
While it’s easy to jump to conclusions and quit, I’m here to tell you of a better, easier, and faster way to lose fat.
The solution to burning body fat without eating less and moving more
Unless this is the first article you read on my blog, you’ve heard me talk about insulin.
Insulin gets triggered in your body when you eat food.
When triggered, your body switches from burning its own fat to burning glucose.
Insulin can be your best friend or the big bully who takes your lunch money.
There’s no reason to fear it, but you must be smart with it.
Discover how to manipulate insulin and you’ll make losing fat and keeping it off incredibly EASY!
How to manipulate insulin
Like I said, there’s no reason to eat less.
The trick is to eat less often.
Let me explain.
People have been fooled into believing that food is the enemy when it comes to fat loss.
Sure, if you stuff your mouth daily with 5,000 calories, you’ll gain weight.
But, if you eat those same calories in an eating window (don’t worry, I’ll explain) I guarantee that you’ll gain a lot less fat.
Why?
Because you’ll give your body more time to use its own body fat for energy.
Right now you’re probably craving an explanation of what I just said more than you’re craving a slice of pizza.
No worries, I’ll explain.
How an eating window melts fat off your body without restricting calories
Unless you’ve been on vacation on another planet the last two years, there’s a good chance you’ve heard of intermittent fasting.
What is intermittent fasting?
To begin, it is NOT starving yourself.
You don’t go months, weeks or days without food.
Do you eat less?
No…you simply eat less often.
Intermittent fasting is eating all your food in a specific eating window.
For example, you eat breakfast, lunch and dinner between 11am-7pm.
This amounts to an 8 hour eating window.
What’s the purpose?
By eating all your food in 8 hours, you give your body 16 hours to lower insulin and burn its own fat for energy.
Makes sense?
I’m not telling you to eat less food.
All I’m saying is to decrease how often you eat throughout the day.
Why intermittent fasting burns fat without having to eat less
If you think of it, it makes perfect biological sense.
If you eat throughout the day, you continuously trigger insulin.
In other words, you barely give your body any time to burn its own fat for energy.
“Yes Alex, but Mike at the gym eats 12 small meals a day and is shredded.”
Oh really?
And how long did it take Mike to get shredded?
Has he been relatively slim his whole life?
Are you and Mike the same person?
I think you get my point.
Listen to me…
If you do nothing else but shorten your eating window, I guarantee you’ll notice a leaning effect on your body.
Try it for a month so you can prove it to yourself.
Take before and after pictures like I did for the Demon Diet and notice how much looser your clothes fits you instead of depending on a scale for fat loss progress.
Your body-weight fluctuates a lot when you begin losing fat.
Many people are unaware that their fat cells fill up with water after they lose fat because your body wants to “make sure” you want to give up this precious, extra energy you’re carrying around.
Remember, your body’s primary goal is to store energy so that you can survive long periods without food.
Except that you’re not a caveman, and you don’t have to worry about when your next meal will be.
These days, you can get a meal within 5 minutes of wherever you live.
However, your biological programming remains the same and your body will fight you to maintain your weight.
Fight back.
Restrict your eating window, drink plenty of water and get a full 7-8 hours of sleep every night.
That’s all I’m asking you to do, my friend.
I’m not asking to give up your favorite foods, walk 10 miles per day, or hire a trainer for $150 an hour.
All I’m asking is to choose an eating window of 8 hours or less and stick to it for 30 days.
Do so and you’ll be amazed at what happens to your body fat.
Trust me.

Great read Alex. So many people just lack simple knowledge about insulin and it’s affect on body fat stores. So strange with all the podcasts out there talking about the benefits of intermittent fasting.
