So you want to burn some fat?
You’re not alone.
Every day, millions of people search the internet for ways to lose fat quickly.
There are literally thousands of different diets you can do.
I’ve tried many of them.
Out of everything I’ve tried, there are two diets that worked best:
- keto
- intermittent fasting
Actually, only keto is a diet.
Intermittent Fasting is more of an eating schedule where you spend a portion of your day fasting, and the rest of the day eating.
So which one works better?
Well, if you read the title of this article, you already know the answer.
Why Intermittent Fasting is the best fat burning tool
When it comes to burning fat, only two things matter:
- calories
- keeping your insulin low
For calories, all you need to do is multiply your goal weight by 10.
This gives you the number of calories to eat per day to achieve that weight.
If your goal is 160 lbs., multiply 160 x 10.
This gives you 1,600 calories.
Simple enough, right?
Now, let’s talk about insulin.
Insulin is a hormone that’s triggered the moment you eat.
When triggered, your body stops burning fat and begins burning food you consume.
It takes 8-10 hours after your last meal for your insulin levels to drop back down.
After 8-10 hours, your body stops using the food you ate for energy and switches to burning body fat instead.
Putting it all together
So you now know to multiply your goal weight by 10 and to practice intermittent fasting.
But how do you do it exactly?
What’s the best way so you can maximize fat loss?
I’m glad you asked.
It’s actually very simple, my friend.
All you do is fit all your calories for the day into a small eating window.
Let me explain.
Your goal is to eat the calories required to get you to your goal weight, but to also MAXIMIZE the amount of time your body burn its own fat for energy.
Remember how I said that it takes 8-10 hours before your body begins burning fat?
OK, so let’s do the math…
Let’s say I stop eating today at 5:00 pm.
Theoretically, my body won’t start burning fat until 1:00 am-3:00 am.
Once the fat burning starts, it will continue until my first meal the next day.
Makes sense?
The idea here is to stop eating as early as possible today and to start eating as late as possible tomorrow.
Why?
Because this will keep my body in fat-burning mode for an extended period of time.
…which means…
BLAZING FAST FAT LOSS!
If you’re like me, this will sound to good to be true.
I was very skeptical at first.
But I’m glad I decided to try it because the results were phenomenal.
Try it for just one week to see what happens.
I recommend doing a 4-hour eating window from 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
This gives your body a full 20 hours to digest your last meal and to burn as much fat as possible.
So from 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm you’ll eat your 1,600 calories, and for the rest of the day you’ll only drink water, black coffee or anything that contains zero calories.
Anything that’s zero calories will not interfere with your fast.
What if I get hungry?
If you’re use to eating every 2 hours from the moment you wake up…guess what?
You’re probably going to get hungry before 1:00 p.m. and after 5:00 p.m.
Why?
Because you’ve made it a habit.
Listen to me…
The human body does NOT need to be constantly fed.
In fact, eating adds stress to your body because it needs to work very hard to digest food.
Am I saying that you should NEVER eat so that your body is never stressed?
No, of course not.
What I’m saying is to practice intermittent fasting so you allow your body time to rest and heal itself while it burns body fat for energy.
Look, I’m no fitness guru or expert, but I know this works because I’ve personally tried it.
The secret to weight loss isn’t a “magical diet”.
There is no secret.
There are strategies and certain things you can do that will expedite your fat loss how I teach you inside the Demon Diet.
But to guarantee your fat loss success, the ONLY thing you need to focus on is your calories and allowing your body more time to use its own fat for energy.
That’s it.
But Alex, can I just watch my calories and not do intermittent fasting?
Sure you can,my friend.
However, trust me when I tell you that you’ll get much FASTER results if you throw intermittent fasting into the mix.
Intermittent fasting is the best fat-burning tool available.
Don’t knock it until you try it.
