As the weeks go by, add another round to your routine and decrease your resting time by five seconds.
Your goal is to work your way up to 30 rounds of jumping rope with only 10 seconds rest in between.
Anyone who can perform 30 rounds of jumping rope with only 10 seconds rest in between is in PHENOMENAL shape.
It won’t happen overnight, but if you’re persistent, you’ll get there a lot quicker than you think.
The best part is that as your stamina improves, your workouts get shorter and shorter.
The smaller your rest period, the faster you finish your workout.

Where did I first get the idea to start jumping rope?
I’m a huge fan of boxing.
Everything from the training, to the dramatic faceoffs, to the actual fight.
Boxing a man’s sport.
It’s brutal, bloody and merciless.
I have the upmost respect for any man who steps foot in a boxing ring.
