10 Reasons to Quit Your Job and Start a Blog that Makes Money Daily
1) Once it’s done, it’s done
Take a look at my archives section to see all the articles I’ve published.
Go ahead, I’m not going anywhere.
Now take a look at my eBooks.
What did you notice?
A lot of content and 4 eBooks for sale.
That’s a lot of work.
But guess what?
It’s done.
All of those articles and eBooks never have to be touched again.
As long as I renew this domain every year, those things will continue to earn me money.
Doing the work ONCE and getting paid for it FOREVER has to be the most attractive features of a blog.
There is no career in the world that can offer you the same thing.
Working a job will ALWAYS require you to do more and more work.
…If you want to continue to get paid.
But a blog only requires you to do the work once.
Of course, it doesn’t happen overnight.
However, once you’re done….You’re done.
Sit back, watch the profits continue to roll into your bank account, and sip your coffee at home in the morning while people are stuck in traffic on their way to work.
2) Abundance of people
I once heard someone ask “But how will I know if anyone will buy my eBook when I create it?”
Well, seeing that there are about 7 billion people on Earth today, I think this is the silliest question to ask!
If you create a blog with a lot of valuable content and offer an eBook for sale…People will buy it.
Think about this for a moment…
You have access to anyone in any part of the planet.
When I look at my traffic stats, I’m amazed at how many people on the other side of the world visit my website.
It’s incredible.
If you create an eBook and learn the basic marketing and sales techniques (Easy to do), you’ll profit.
There will be people buying your book in different parts of the world while you sleep at night.
You’re telling me that you can’t sell an eBook for $10 to 100,000 people in 5 years?
Come on now, of course you can!
Get to work!
3) No Limits
A blog is limitless.
All the careers in the world have limits on how much you can advance and earn.
But with a blog, you can continue GROWING and earning for as long as you want.
This blog will one day have 1000 articles.
My earning potential is sky high.
I can keep growing or sit back and enjoy passive income from the work I’ve already completed.
But I won’t be doing any sitting back anytime soon.
As long as my fingers can move, I’m going to continue writing, growing, and earning as much as possible.
[bctt tweet=”The more value you create, the more your income will grow.”]
Every time I publish a new article or create another eBook, I increase my profit potential.
If you don’t show up to work, eventually you’ll get fired.
If I don’t show up to my blog, I’ll still get paid.
4) You can do it anywhere
All you need is an internet connection.
It doesn’t matter where you are or what time it is.
Right now, I can jump on a plane and head to Fiji to finish this article.
The fact that you have access to your business anywhere and anytime is amazing.
If there’s internet, you can get work done.
Beautiful.
5) Technology is the future now
How many people still get in their car and go to the book store to buy a book?
The answer is not as many as before.
The convenience of being able to download a book instantly is what’s in.
Technology has taken over the world.
Everything and everyone is online.
If you’re not making money on the internet, you’re staying behind.
If you make $15 an hour at your job, there’s someone online selling an eBook and making that much every 5 minutes.
And guess what?
They’re not working in an office.
They might not even be home.
But their website is complete and everything is automated.
Right now I’m at the point where I can sell just 2 eBooks per day and make more than most people my age.
And I can do that by not even getting out of bed.
Now it’s your turn.
6) Be your own boss
There is no better feeling than doing what you want, when you want, and getting paid for it.
No one wants to take orders.
However, when you settle for a job, you have no choice but to do so.
And I get it…
You have bills to pay.
Fine.
But start your blog on your spare time so you can eventually match and replace your salary.
In my book Mr. $100, I explain how I’d get up earlier just to work on this blog.
You want to reach the point where you earn enough so you only need to work a job part-time.
Then, eventually reach the point where you can quit and earn 100% of your income online.
The quicker you start, the quicker you’ll give your 2 weeks notice at work.
But you have to start, my friend.
7) Get Paid Daily
As soon as someone buys one of my eBooks, I have access to the money.
Unlike a job where you work for 2 weeks before they pay you, I don’t have to wait.
People enter their credit card information and send PayPal my money.
PayPal notifies me that someone has sent me money and I have the option to immediately transfer it to my bank account.
Why should you have to wait for money you worked for?
It’s nonsense.
8) Fun
There’s something extremely fun/satisfying from making money from your own blog.
Unlike a job where you do the same thing day in and day out; a blog can be taken in any direction you want.
You can change the theme, you can create a whole new category of articles to write, you can write and sell more eBooks, and you can offer more services to your audience.
I never get frustrated when writing an article.
I never say “I don’t feel like doing this”.
It’s fun.
It’s entertaining.
And most importantly, it’s fulfilling.
If your job isn’t fun, entertaining, and fulfilling; it’s time you do something about it.
[bctt tweet=”If your job isn’t fun, entertaining, and fulfilling; it’s time you do something about it. “]
9) Help more people
You can help way more people with a blog than you can working an office job.
Every day, people come to Inertia Will Hurt Ya and get information that helps them in some way.
Most of them don’t give me a single penny.
They simply benefit from the free content.
…And that’s great.
No job in the world can bring you the same level of fulfillment.
Helping people all over the world and earning money simultaneously is impossible to beat.
You don’t have to earn money from everyone who comes to your website.
Here’s the interesting part and don’t ask me why this works the way it does:
The more people you help for free, the more your income increases.
I know it doesn’t make sense.
However, as long as you create an abundance of free content, your sales will GROW.
The universe has its way of repaying you for helping others.
Many rich people donate 10% of their entire income to charities.
Maybe that’s why “the rich get richer”.
Give more to receive more.
End of story.
[bctt tweet=”Give more to receive more.”]
10) Be free
Once you’re earning passive income, you’ll have the liberty to do what you want when you want.
You want to sleep all morning?
Go for it.
You want to take a random road trip in the middle of the week?
Go for it.
Whatever you want to do is up to you.
…No vacation requests necessary.
The whole working 40 years before retiring thing is a JOKE.
Do you really want to travel the world when you’re old and tired?
NO!
You want to do it in the next 5 years while you’re young and full of energy.
Read the book The Millionaire Fastlane (if you haven’t done so already) and you’ll see how quickly the idea of working 40 years in an office vanishes from your mind.
Action Steps:

Without a doubt, eBooks is the way to go in terms of making serious money online. Once they area completed, you’re done. The best part, you can keep 100% of the profits.
Gotta build the audience first. That is where the blog comes in.
That and you have to be an authority/expert at something.
I’m still in the process of writing my first book but I’ll know I will reap the rewards before too long.
Alex (Administrator) says
Almost 100% of the profits. PayPal charges a small fee per book sale.
Anyone can say they’re an authority. Many people do the whole “fake it until you make it” thing. This is why creating free content that gets people results is the fastest way to come across as an authority.
If you give me something FREE that gets me results, I’m going to beg you to take my money in exchange for your eBook.
