Just Keep Working (Motivation for Winners)

Man, what a ride its been.

I recently released my latest eBook ‘How to Catch and Keep a Girlfriend‘, and had to sit back to acknowledge all the progress I’ve made with this blog.

Here’s the reality…

The harder I work, the luckier I seem to get.

The luckier I get, the more profits roll into my bank account.

Beautiful.

But, things weren’t always this lovely.

No, my friend, things were quite ugly for a while.

It took a while before I started to get lucky and before the profits began coming in.

There were times where I felt stupid for continuing to give this blog my time and attention.

You see, nothing was changing.

My traffic wouldn’t go up, my affiliate sales were low, and my motivation to keep writing continued to diminish.

“Only a fool would continue at this”; I’d think to myself.

“This obviously isn’t working, I should try something else.”

But for some reason (probably the book The Magic of Thinking Big) I wouldn’t quit.

I wanted to, but I couldn’t bring myself to do it.

The less progress I saw, the harder I worked. (Sounds crazy, right?)

I just knew that I’d eventually succeed.

I knew that eventually an idea would pop out at me, or that someone would tell me what I needed to know.

Eventually, I’d develop “success vision” and no longer be blind, or someone would tell me in success sign language what I was deaf to.

And look at me now, I’m where I’d never thought I’d be; but I’m also nowhere near where I want to be.

The more content I publish, the more I want to write.

The more sales I make, the more I want to lock myself in my room and work on another lucrative project.

So here’s my message to you, friend.

Decide what you want, begin working towards it, and NEVER look back.

Yes, you’re going to have moments where nothing goes your way.

Yes, you’re going to feel hopeless, demotivated, and even stupid for continuing to chase something that only feels like a dream.

But listen to me…

YOU WILL FIGURE IT OUT!

The answers will come and you’ll eventually get the success you want.

If, and only if, you do this one thing…

Can you guess what it is?

Here, I’ll tell you.

Make a promise that you’ll never quit.

You do that, my friend, and I’ll bet this entire blog that you’ll get what you want.

I make it sound so easy, right?

Well, that’s because it is easy!

I’ve been studying success for a LONG time and here’s what I’ve figured out…

You can get whatever the hell you want if you do these three things:

1) Get specific 

2) Be persistent

3) Don’t quit

That’s it.

My only question to you is, will you have the discipline to push through and not quit?

I can promise YOU success if you can answer ‘Yes’ to that last question.

And I never break a promise…NEVER!

Go out there and get whatever it is that you want.
