Congratulations, you’re about to burn fat faster than any other diet you’ve tried.
However, you want to expedite your fat loss results as much as possible.
Right?
I don’t blame you, I would too.
What’s the best food to eat on the keto diet so you can burn fat as fast as possible?
Eggs.
Why eggs are the best keto food
To begin, they’re incredibly easy to prepare.
Whether you want to have them scrambled, fried or poached – it will take you less than 10 minutes to prepare.
If you have a busy schedule, or simply don’t want to spend too much time in the kitchen, eggs are your best friend.
Eggs are also extremely cheap and affordable.
Instead of spending hundreds of dollars on “magic fat loss shakes and supplements”, you can get a whole carton of organic eggs for less than five bucks.
It’s nice being able to drop fat without breaking the bank.
With that said, what really makes eggs great is their nutritional value.
If your goal is FAST fat loss, you want to get into ketosis as soon as possible.
Ketosis is when your body switches from burning carbohydrates for energy to burning fat.
You can eat eggs all day on the keto diet and stay in ketosis since they don’t contain carbohydrates, but I promise you that you won’t.
Why?
Because eggs are EXTREMELY filling.
What’s one of the things that makes dieting so difficult?
The constant cravings and hunger pangs.
Eating nothing but eggs will bypass this.
When I eat 5-6 eggs at a time, I am stuffed and can go HOURS without eating.
Make sure you cook your eggs in grass-fed organic butter so that you’re getting healthy fats and maximizing the nutritional value you put in your body.
I use and recommend Kerrygold’s organic butter which you can find at your local supermarket for less than five bucks or order on Amazon.
Organic butter is typically only about $1 more than the low-quality, processed butters on the shelves that contain unhealthy fats (trans fats).
You’ll notice how yellow and rich a stick of organic butter looks next to regular butter.
Not only that, but you’ll also notice how much richer and delicious your eggs taste.
Egg fast for extreme fat loss in just one week
If you eat nothing but eggs cooked in organic butter for a week, not only will you feel amazing but you won’t believe how quickly fat melts of you.

Any downside to only eating eggs?
I’ll be honest, eating nothing but eggs is EXTREMELY boring.

What about cholesterol?
You should always check with your doctor before starting an eating plan, but I’ll tell you my experience.
Since starting the keto diet, I’ve eaten COUNTLESS eggs.
And guess what?
My most recent blood work showed an increase in good cholesterol and a decrease in bad cholesterol.
Go figure.
There are many stories online of people who have had a similar experience.
You need to eat cholesterol because it plays an important role in your body.
Not only does it help with the production of hormones, but it’s also the building block for cells.
What you need to worry about and stay away from are “trans fats”.
