There’s always time to burn fat.

Let’s jump right into them.
1) It’s easier now
Regardless of how much fat you need to lose, the easiest time to start is NOW.
Every day that you delay starting your diet, you make a neuro-connection in your brain to “start later”.
Let me explain.
By constantly telling yourself “I’ll start later”, you develop the habit of starting a diet later.
The more you affirm this message, the stronger it becomes, and the less likely you’ll ever start.
Why?
Because you develop the self-image of someone who starts a diet later.
This is why MANY people spend their ENTIRE lives dieting.
They develop what’s called the “yo-yo dieting” effect.
You must start now.
Period.
2) You’re never going to want to
Whether you start today, tomorrow, next month, or next year; you’re NEVER going to feel like dieting.
The same way you don’t feel like starting today is the same way you won’t feel like starting later.
But, as we just discussed in number 1, the longer you take to start, the harder it becomes.
So, if you don’t feel like doing it now, guess what?
You’re definitely not going to feel like it later.
The BEST thing to do is get it over with.
Trust me.
3) Precious time
Every day that goes by without you being at your goal weight is another day you live disappointed.
It sounds harsh, but it’s reality.
The more time that goes by, the more disappointed you become.
The only thing that will make you feel better is burning all your fat off and moving forward with your life.

Your level of motivation depends on how you feel about yourself.
When you’re overweight, you feel out of control.
It’s something that has power over you.

It’s harder to breathe which leads to snoring and sleep apnea.
Excess fat hides in places where you can’t see it like your airway and tongue’s base.
I don’t know about you, but if I don’t get 7-8 hours of sleep, I’m not at my best the next day.
The solution is simple, lose weight and sleep great.
8) Clothes
One of the worse things about being overweight is how you look in clothes.
No matter what size you buy, it doesn’t fit right.
It’s either too big or too tight.
The ONLY solution is to burn fat.
Just imagine how amazing it’ll feel when that shirt that fits you tight now, begins to fit you loose.
9) Mindset
If you’re constantly thinking about losing weight, you’ll never give 100% focus to anything else.
The constant thought of “I need to lose weight” puts a load of mental stress on you.
Of course, this happens unconsciously, so most people aren’t even aware of it.
When you get down to your goal weight, not only will you look and feel great, but you’ll also have the confidence and mindset to achieve anything.
You’ll feel so amazing and energetic that anything feels possible.

Yes, this is harsh.

Trust me when I tell you that being slim is 100x better.
The clarity, energy, and focus you get is incredible.
Sure, the attention you get from looking good is also nice.
But, nothing compares to the feeling you experience when you slim.
Nothing!
You deserve that experience!

Take a quick glance at numbers 1-18 again.
If you have all of those things under control, there’s no doubt that you’ll experience a SURGE in confidence.
A man who’s in control of his life has an aura of confidence that attracts all kinds of positive situations.
Sounds a little far fetched?
It isn’t.
When you feel great, you attract great things.

20) Life’s short
This is the ONLY life you get.
When we die, we take NOTHING but good memories.
To make the best memories, you must be at your best.
