But remember what I said about proteins and fats also triggering insulin?
Well, even though it’s a small amount insulin, it still temporarily stops fat loss.
The ONLY way to guarantee you keep your insulin levels as low as possible is NOT TO EAT!

Ideally, your eating window should be as small as possible so your body has MAXIMUM time to burn fat.

You’ll notice how much better you sleep when you begin jumping rope, especially if you do it at night.
Best of all, your body will be cooking calories for many hours after since jumping rope is a HIIT exercise.
A lot of your eating is caused by stress, anxiety or boredom.

You’re not always hungry and you don’t have to eat every time you think you are.
“But Alex, I’ll starve if I don’t eat every 30 minutes.”
