Being happy should be your top priority.
With as short as life is, you should strive to make every day the best possible.
This is impossible if you’re unhappy with your life.
There’s nothing wrong with being unhappy.
What is wrong is not taking action to make things better.
Below are 10 ways to SKYROCKET your level of happiness.
Let’s begin.
1) Physical health
There’s no way around it, you have to be fit to feel great and be happy.
You don’t have to have ripped abs or be the strongest man in the world.
However, you should have a flat stomach and not feel out of breath when taking the stairs.
Get down to a healthy weight by eating better and being active every day.
This brings me to my next point.
2) Walk every day
I repeatedly talk about the incredible benefits of walking.
Unless there’s a physical limitation, there’s no reason why you shouldn’t walk an hour per day.
It reduces stress, helps clear your mind, and most importantly, gets you off the couch.
The fresh air and relaxation benefits that result from walking will do incredible things for your level of happiness.
Whether it’s at a park or around your neighborhood, put your sneakers on and walk!
3) Don’t watch porn
The internet is flooded with instant access to free porn.
Porn is so detrimental to your psychologically health that if you decided RIGHT NOW to never watch it again, you’d be giving yourself an amazing gift.
Porn provides men an “escape” from reality.
It’s a temporary high.
After you’ve “handled your business”, you immediately come down from that high.
This is when anxiousness, anger, lack of motivation, and laziness begins.
Instead of watching porn, focus your energy on finding a good woman.
4) Find a good woman
I wrote a dating book to help men meet and date women.
Finding a good woman will dramatically increase your level of happiness.
What exactly is a good woman?
Someone who supports your life mission, motivates you, and cares about your happiness.
A good woman provides a man joy, satisfaction, and peace of mind.
But most importantly, she leads a man to success.
I first learned about this in the BEST success book ever written, Think and Grow Rich.
I later experienced it for myself when I met my current girlfriend.
This blog has experienced MASSIVE growth since we began dating.
Why?
Because she supports my life mission, keeps me focused and knows not to disturb me when I’m working.
For example, right now as I’m writing this article, she’s in another room allowing me to focus and avoid distraction.
5) Constant progress and achievement
You must always be working towards a goal.
Don’t ever become complacent.
Complacency is a prerequisite for depression.
Happiness requires continuous progress and achievement.
A perfect example of this are rich people.
They have PLENTY of money, but most of them continue to work.
Why?
Because all the money in the world won’t bring you happiness.
Money provides comfort, which is great and necessary.
But, true happiness and satisfaction comes from progress.
In order to get “high off life”, you must continue to achieve new things.
Whether it’s your career or a personal project, always seek the next level.
A man without a goal to chase is bored, anxious, and worst of all, unmotivated.
Motivation is what helps you get out of bed every morning.
It’s that rush of motivation that keeps a smile on man’s face and fire in his eyes.
What’s my motivation? Inertia Will Hurt Ya
What’s yours?
6) Speak to everyone
We’re becoming too dependent on technology.
While technology provides great benefits, it‘s interfering with our ability to meet, talk, and connect with others face to face.
We’re essentially becoming robots.
How do you prevent this from happening to you?
Speak to everyone you can.
Say “Hi” to people you don’t know.
Ask them how their day is going and give them a smile.
Start a conversation by making a comment.
Wish them a good day at the end, shake their hand and say “nice to meet you”.
It’s that simple.
We humans have a primal need to communicate with others face to face, not over a computer and not over text messages.
Get out the house and talk to people!
Who knows who you might meet.
It might just change your life…
7) Get a dog
The dog in the photo below was my dog for 10 years.
His named was Toby.
Those 10 years provided me incredible happiness.
There’s a reason why dogs are known as man’s best friend…they bring you endless joy.
A dog doesn’t care who you are or what you have.
All a dog cares about is being loved and fed.
Those two things will keep their tails wagging and their eyes filled with happiness every time they see you.
That happiness is magnetic and contagious, and you too will experience instant joy and happiness.
8) Face your fears
Nothing holds a man back more in life than fear.
Unless you face your fears, you’ll never achieve true peace and happiness.
Whether it’s going after that job you want, starting your own business, approaching women you’d like to meet, standing up to people, etc. – if you don’t face your fears, you’ll feel stuck and helpless your entire life.
It’s a beautiful experience when you face a fear and realize that it was nowhere near as bad as you imagined it to be.
The feeling of liberty and power that comes from facing a fear is priceless to men.
Make the decision right now to face your fears.
You’ll thank me.
9) Get good sleep
You need at minimum 7-8 hours of sleep every night.
Period.
Any less than that and you risk being less alert, less productive, and exhausted.
There’s no way you can be or feel happy if you’re exhausted.
Getting good sleep allows you to deal with stress more effectively.
A well-rested mind is able to think more clearly and find solutions to problems.
If you don’t feel refreshed and well-rested when you wake up in the morning, it’s time to make changes to your sleep environment.
Make sure your mattress doesn’t need replacement, your pillows support your head properly, your room is pitch black, and that the temperature is set at comfortable level.
If you have trouble falling and staying asleep, I highly recommend drinking some Sleepytime tea and taking 3mg of Melatonin 30 minutes before bed.
That combination is pure MAGIC for sleeping like a baby.
10) Flood your brain with positive content
This is hands down one of the BEST things you can do for your happiness.
Continuously listening to and reading positive material will rewire your brain and force you to see the world more positively.
Read personal development books and watch inspirational/motivational videos on YouTube.
Don’t watch the news, listen to negative music, and most importantly, stay away from negative people.
I STRONGLY recommend starting with these 3 books because they had the HIGHEST impact on my positive mindset.
Conclusion
Remember that only YOU can determine your level of happiness.
You must take personal responsibility for it because no one can or will do it for you.
Start with the 10 items in this article and you’ll quickly notice a change in mindset and overall happiness.
And one more thing…
Start RIGHT NOW!!!
Yesterday is gone, and tomorrow will be too late.

NO 4. The only time any woman is going to support you on your life’s mission is if there is something in it for her. You have told her if a deal or something comes up you will take her on a holiday, buy her that handbag or take her shopping.
Its a complete myth women don’t give a brass farthing about a man’s mission in life they are not wired inside their brains to care about anything like that.
They are only telling you what you want to her and you are just kidding yourself.

Hi Steve,
What’s going to happen if you keep this mindset the rest of your life? Yes, there are plenty of women out there who are a complete waste of your time. I agree with you 100% on that. On the other hand, there are plenty of women who will support your mission and help you become successful. Sounds like you’ve met a lot of the women who are a waste of time. I have too. But trust me my friend, there are good ones out there too.
